This return policy applies only to evgoby.com online purchase orders. If you find any error with your online order, please contact our customer service and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you.

Return Policy

EVGOBY wants you to take comfort in knowing that all uninstalled unused items can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping charges) within 14 days of item(s) receipt. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. 

Beyond the end of the 14 days, only replacement or repair for the product is accepted. We are not responsible for any refund beyond the 14 days of the delivery date.

Customers must inform us within 14 days of the delivery date if missing the products’ part or receiving the wrong products.

DAMAGED ITEMS

EVGOBY inspect and delivers merchandise to carriers adequately protected and packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package (i.e., specific damage) on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If the damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Damage claims must be handled through the carrier from the receiver, not through EVGOBY, as the shipping carrier may need to pick up the claimed package from the receiver. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

  • Installed Items: Once you have installed a part, it signifies your acceptance of ownership, and it cannot be returned.
  • Wheel & Tire Packages: Are non-refundable. Our tire distributor does not consider tires 'unused' once we mount them to wheels (we cannot return tires to our distributor once we mount them for you).
  • EVGOBY Carbon Fiber Products. Any EVGOBY product that uses a Carbon Fiber Applique or Carbon Fiber (e.g., B-Pillar Appliques for Model S and Model X, Spoiler Appliques for Model X, Mirror Cover for Model S, Window Control Covers for Model S and Model X) may be returned only if the protective tape that covers the adhesive has not been removed. Once the protective tape has been removed for one piece of a multi-piece product, it may not be returned and no refund or replacement will be offered. Therefore, please be certain that you’re satisfied with the look and style of your carbon fiber product BEFORE you remove the adhesive backing tape. You can accomplish this using masking tape to temporarily hold the piece in place or, if you want an even more realistic preview, you can use double-sided masking tape to temporarily affix the piece(s) to assess the look and style. Stated as succinctly as possible, once you remove the adhesive backing from any Carbon Fiber piece, it's yours—no returns and no credit can be offered.
  • Car Covers. Car covers are used in a variety of environmental conditions. Over time, wear and tear is to be expected, as are stains and other blemishes. Once the car cover has been used in the environment, it may NOT be returned. Furthermore, wear and tear, small blemishes and stains are not considered to represent product defects, and returns associated with wear and tear, small blemishes and stains are not accepted.
  • Any products that require paint such as our Front Bumper Refresh is deemed used once painted. Painted products including our Front Bumper Refresh are non-refundable.
  • Damage from misuse or improper installation: We cannot process returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • Over 14 days: Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Certain Special/ Custom Order Items: This includes color-specific interior parts such as leather, leatherette, Carbon Fiber, Alcantara. The custom-accessories are custom made-to-order and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Unauthorized returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • EVGOBY Online Store would not provide refund or exchange for any product issues caused by customers, whereas you are welcome to contact EVGOBY Customer Service for any product support request.

Return Qualification Requirements

Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 14 days from its delivery date;

To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. 

If you have any uncertainties or questions, please feel free to contact us for more information. If you are unsure about a specific part, we recommend consulting a specialist before placing your order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If free or discounted promotional items were part of the original purchase, those items must also be returned or their retail price or retail price difference will be deducted from any refunds.

Please contact us via email or use our live chat for instructions regarding the returns process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

After we receive your return, our quality assurance team will check your return. After the inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your return refund or assist you in placing a replacement order for a replacement.

Refund Policy

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your return is received, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping fees are never refundable.

For non-free shipping items, freight is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

If the product is shipped via free shipping, a 25% shipping fee would be charged to cover our expense in shipping cost.  For unshipped items, 5% card processing fee will also be applied.

EVGOBY does NOT refund any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery.
